As Regional Director USA, you will establish healthy relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending and realizing the requirements. You, as Regional Director will be apt in building strong relations with Business Development Managers, partners, and strategic customers and you will identify their needs, requirements, and market trends to evaluate best use-cases for Heliox products and solutions. Your goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to unlock long-term success.

Together with your internal stakeholders, you will be a key driver of our very ambitious revenue growth in the coming 3 years.

You will be part of our Management team and you will report directly to the President.

Overall responsibility to drive the development and execution of the commercial strategy in the appointed market and to lead the in-country customer-facing teams. Acting as a player/manager leading the team but also responsible for setting the country sales growth strategy.

Your tasks:

  • Being a single point of contact for the President
  • Ensuring that management systems (including CRM) are maintained to a high standard and as such, being able to know the commercial position of the region
  • Growing a sales team in the United States
  • Building relationships with partners
  • Generating new business at existing customers/accounts and at new customers; create successful business propositions together with product development
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers
  • Knowing the moves of competition at customers
  • Come with proposals on how to improve our position at the customer / in the region / in the market
  • Chase the own organization to realize the agreed actions/time schedules etc.
  • Ensuring the Heliox customer experience is positive and liaising with after-sales and delivery teams accordingly

Our customers are (international) municipalities/governments, (regional) transport companies, OEMs, port equipment manufacturers, energy companies, etc.

Who you are

This is on your resumé:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business management, marketing and sales, or in a technical field related to our products
  • 10+ years proven working experience Sales/Business Development in the Automotive/Energy or our products
  • 7+ years proven experience in Management
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Sound EV charging market understanding with the main competitors

You have a solid understanding of the EV charging market understanding with the main competitors.

The competencies you have are entrepreneurship, persuasion, responsibility, leadership, teamwork, critical thinker and problem-solving.
