Our relationship with our customers doesn’t stop after our products have been installed: our comprehensive service offer means we can guarantee the reliability you require for your charging infrastructure and maximize uptime of your fleet.

Although Heliox smart chargers solve most problems themselves, remote monitoring means problems can be diagnosed and fixed remotely where possible – or we’ll arrange an engineer to get things fixed. Heliox’s remote diagnostics is part of the Open Chargepoint Protocol, so you can rest assured that it is compatible with any back-office system. We also offer extra services such as monitoring your energy bill, maintenance time or scheduled cleaning to help optimize efficient management – all this can be included in your Service Level Agreement.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE ON SITE

Uptime is key to keep your fleet up and running

Heliox services cover corrective and preventive maintenance.

  • Preventive maintenance is scheduled maintenance.This means that planned service and maintenance takes place in accordance with the maintenance manual and aligned with traffic planning. You will receive notification whenever maintenance is required.   
  • Corrective maintenance fixes errors which need immediate action in order to maximize uptime. When problems are detected, remote trouble-shooting is automatically started and our service team gets to work to solve the problem. Your case will be dealt with by a Heliox engineer or your local Charge Point Operator, depending on the complexity of the error at hand.

REMOTE SUPPORT via OCPP 2.0

All Heliox products are delivered including connectivity-based services for remote maintenance and diagnostics. This enables us to guarantee the reliability you require for your charging infrastructure.Our Remote Support is based on the open industry standard Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) and is compatible with any charging network, back-office system or payment & billing platform of Charge Point Operators (CPO).
